1. How do I book a transfer?

Booking a transfer is simple: enter your pickup location, destination, and travel date, select the vehicle type, and complete your booking online. Once done, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all your booking details.

We track all flights, ferries, and ship arrivals in real time, so if your arrival is delayed, your driver will still be there waiting.

2. Where can I get picked up at airports or seaports?

For pre-booked pickups, we assign a dedicated pickup location at every airport or seaport we serve. During booking, you’ll be informed of the exact spot to meet your driver.

For Meet & Greet service, our driver will come inside the terminal or port arrivals area and personally meet you, holding a sign with your name.

We track all arrivals in real time, ensuring a smooth, stress-free pickup.

Our service covers all major UK airports and seaports, including: Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Stansted, Luton, Southend, Dover, Portsmouth, and more.

3. How do I choose the right vehicle?

We offer several types of vehicles depending on your group size and luggage:

Saloon, Estate Cars, People Carriers, 8-Seater Minibuses

Please select the correct vehicle when booking. Incorrect bookings may result in no refund, so if you are unsure, call us at 01883 776000 for guidance before completing your booking.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all types of payment, including:

5. What if my flight, ferry, or ship is delayed?

No problem! We monitor all arrivals in real time. If your flight, ferry, or ship is delayed, your driver will adjust and be there when you land, dock, or arrive — there’s no extra charge for reasonable delays.

We offer two convenient pickup options for all airport transfers:  

We track all flights in real time, regardless of the service option you choose.

               Standard Pickup (Default) – Your driver will meet you at the                 designated airport pickup points:

    • Heathrow Terminal 2: Level 4 Minicab Pickup Point

    • Heathrow Terminal 3: Level 4 Minicab Pickup Point

    • Heathrow Terminal 4: Ground Floor Minicab Pickup Point

    • Heathrow Terminal 5: Level 1 Minicab Pickup Point

    • Gatwick: North Terminal : Pickup at Premier Inn.

    • Gatwick South Terminal: Pickup at Express Pickup sign

    • Luton: Near Costa Coffee

    • Other airports: At the standard or regular pickup points as indicated in your booking.

       

  2. Greeting and Assistance (Optional) – Available only upon request. This premium service includes:

    • Driver meets you in arrivals holding a board with your name or company name

    • Real-time flight monitoring to adjust for early arrivals or delays

    • Direct communication with your driver via contact number provided upon booking

    • Our driver will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle, even if you do not select the Greeting and Assistance service.
